Your dream home in Belize

THE OUTSIDE

The house was built 3 feet above the ground level so as to catch the tropical breezes as much as possible.

Tiled stairs lead to the covered entrance porch of the house.
The porch is equipped with two sensor lights.

At the back of the house, the covered and tiled terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy a cool drink with a view of the surrounding lush greenery.

The terrace is equipped with two big wall lights and two exterior plugs.

The whole sheet-metal roof is equipped with gutters. The collected rain water is stored in a 10,000 gallon water tank. This water supply system is supplemented with a local water network.

The septic tank was built underneath the ground level in compliance with local standards.

At the ends of the house, two faucets are convenient to water the garden flowers.

Near the lot entrance, a shed shelters the electric meter.

On the terrace side, electric wires were installed outside with a view to build a small swimming pool and a pavilion.

The house is equipped with anti-hurricane shutters.
